Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist/Neuropsychologist to join our team as an Independent Contractor. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions to patients with various mental health conditions. You will also have the opportunity to provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services, as well as psychotherapy and counseling services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Provide individual and group psychotherapy sessions to patients, addressing a range of mental health issues.
  • Administer and interpret neuropsychological and neurocognitive tests to diagnose and treat cognitive and behavioral disorders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient services and treatment plans in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
  • Experience in conducting neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing is preferred
  • Must have a license in the state of Florida or be in the process of obtaining one
  • Work experience in an outpatient setting is preferred

Compensation and Benefits
  • $75 per billable hour
  • Group malpractice insurance
  • The company provides testing materials

Work Schedule
  • As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your working hours
  • Offices are open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments
  • Availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday
  • Option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment
