Job Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with various mental health conditions.
- Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers.
- Offer psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions and therapeutic strategies.
- Document services rendered in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage & family therapy.
- Active Florida license.
- Work experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
$60-$65 per billable hour, group malpractice insurance, full administrative support, latest digital technology, and a strong focus on work/life balance.
Work ScheduleAs an Independent Contractor, you will have the choice to determine working hours, with offices open Monday-Thursday for in-person and telehealth appointments, and availability to work via telemedicine Friday-Sunday.
