Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 9 months of RN experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of ICU/Critical Care experience within the past 5 years.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
  • Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
  • 1 year CVICU nursing experience within the past 5 years.
