Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our corporate campus, ensuring that our employees have a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities management and engineering, to ensure that all maintenance activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities and ensure that all expenses are properly tracked and reported.
  • Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance and/or evidence of exceptional equivalent ability.
  • High school graduate or equivalent plus technical training courses or technical school background.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance staff.
  • Ability to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures, and to conduct regular inspections of facilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with other departments and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with maintenance management software and other technical tools.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations, and ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to develop and implement safety protocols, and to conduct regular safety training for maintenance staff.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management, and ability to develop and manage budgets for maintenance activities.
