At FPI Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our maintenance team, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Inspect properties and common areas to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks
  • Coordinate and complete maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Manage maintenance budgets and inventory to ensure cost-effective operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; industry certification or designation preferred
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and property management software
