About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at EMCOR Group. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, executing and managing project contracts, and preparing and presenting computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service and maintain regular communication with the project team.
  • Assist with the execution and management of project contracts, including preparing and presenting computer-generated spreadsheets and reports.
  • Generate, maintain, and facilitate project documentation, including requests for information, submittals, drawings, specifications, purchase orders, material orders, change orders, and close-out documents.
  • Perform material take-offs from drawings to help generate estimates and changes.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, efficiency, and integrity in all aspects of the work.
  • Maintain flexibility with assigned work environment and project locations, and may be required to commute to various job sites.
  • Attend and conduct meetings as required, and comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; or 2 years' prior experience in a related field via internships, co-ops, and/or industry employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in utilizing a wide range of computer software, with a strong interpersonal communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
