CYC Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated CYC Specialist to join our team at the Chickasaw Youth Clubs - Sulphur. As a CYC Specialist, you will play a vital role in serving the members of the Chickasaw Youth Club and performing all essential job functions.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience and outcome.
• Complete all training and development requirements, and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external services to ensure appropriate referrals and support.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and SOPs.
• Assist with organizing the planning process for strategic growth of programs, inclusive of planning, implementation, and expansion.
• Supervise youth members, plan and implement programs, and evaluate and record desired youth development outcomes.
• Manage confidential documents, keep records, and be responsible for correspondence.
• Assist with cash management of club's dues and fees, including incoming and outgoing funds and deposits.

• Good driving record and be insurable by the Chickasaw Nation.
• Pass general background check and standard driver's license.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
