CYC Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated CYC Specialist to join our team at the Chickasaw Youth Clubs - Sulphur. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading youth programs, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

• Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, including greeting and engaging with a smile, determining and meeting needs, and seeking positive experiences and outcomes.
• Complete all training and development requirements, participate in continuing education opportunities, and maintain knowledge of laws, rules, regulations, policies, and SOPs.
• Assist with organizing the planning process for strategic growth of programs, ensure cleanliness and enforce rules within the Chickasaw Youth Clubs, and report weekly and monthly to the manager.
• Supervise youth members, plan and implement programs for different age groups, evaluate and record programs for desired youth development outcomes, and attend yearly training and events.
• Assist with cash management of club's dues and fees, including incoming and outgoing funds and deposits.

• Good driving record and be insurable by the Chickasaw Nation.
• Pass general background check and standard driver's license.
• Ability to work in a child care setting, classroom, customer service, team-oriented, and communications phone, computer.
