Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team as a Critical Care Specialist. As a key member of our Intensive Care Consortium, you will provide critical care coverage to multiple HCA hospital sites in Florida.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing your expertise in acute care and critical care medicine.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in critical care.
- Acute care certified or experienced PA with a strong background in critical care medicine.
- Varied ICU experience, comfortable in all settings, with proficiency in routine critical care procedures.
- Ability to work full-time, 13-15 shifts per month, with a mix of days, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to travel to and obtain privileges at multiple HCA sites within Florida.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability skills to work in various locations.
