Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to serve as a Behavior Technician or Educational Support Specialist at Peak Potential Therapy LLC. This role involves working closely with children with special needs, providing essential support under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Position Details
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
  • Compensation: $14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized academic and behavioral programs for clients.
  • Engage in various activities to enhance social, cognitive, and self-care skills.
  • Maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting positive social interactions.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with parents and educators.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of college education.
  • Required: Background checks (BCI and FBI).
  • Required: RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
