Job Summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and passionate Elementary Instructional Assistant to support students with special education needs in grades K-12. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with educators to provide individualized support and enhance student achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Communicate and engage with students in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their questions and providing detailed explanations to help them grasp key concepts.
  • Communication Bridge: Facilitate communication between students and teachers regarding specific course content, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience.
  • Program Management: Collaborate with UI program management to address questions and concerns related to course content, ensuring accurate and timely support.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the program.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold an Associate's Degree or equivalent college credit, with a passion for helping students succeed. Two years of education experience preferred.
  • Location: Be local to the area, with a strong commitment to supporting students in the community.
Compensation

$22-$28/hour
