Electrician Position in Northern New York State

Harmony Roze Staffing & Recruiting is seeking an Industrial Electrician to join our team. This role is based at a mine site in northern New York State, requiring relocation to work 5 10-hour shifts with 2 days off per week.
This location offers a short commute and easy access to recreation within a 2-hour drive from the Thousand Islands, Lake Ontario, the Adirondack Mountains, and world-class skiing at Lake Placid. The area is also close to major urban centers, including Syracuse, Burlington (VT), Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa.
The standard of living in this area is good, with affordable housing and a safe, family-friendly small-town environment.
Job Description- Maintain electrical systems, including cable, wire, and communication infrastructure.
- Install J-boxes, control boxes, and switches, as well as mechanical installation.
- Read and follow prints to ensure accurate installations.
- Test and troubleshoot circuits, motors, fans, controllers, VFDs, and transformers.
- Complete all terminations and splicing, including high voltage splices.
- Develop knowledge of hoisting and crushing operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial electrical experience.
- Able to comprehend written and verbal instructions as required to perform duties safely and efficiently.
- Must be able to perform tasks without posing a direct threat to health and safety due to task sensitivity.
- Willing to relocate to area to work 5 on, 2 off work week.
