We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0165 in Tenleytown. As a Studio Operations Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient studio environment, driving sales, and supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for:

  • Processing freezes/terminations and following up on missed guests.
  • Reconciling classes on shift and pre-planning for the next day.
  • Attending weekly leadership meetings with the Studio Manager and other ASMs.
  • Training and educating Staff Assistants for success using the OTF training program.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You'll also enjoy benefits like free Orangetheory Fitness workouts, discounts on Orangetheory Retail clothing, paid time off after 90 days, and 401k eligibility after three months of service.
