Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Beaches Tanning Center. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling a variety of products, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support store management in achieving sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Greet customers, respond to questions, and provide outstanding customer service
  • Direct new customers to our products and services, and offer personalized recommendations
  • Process POS purchases, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including daily chores and weekly deep cleans
  • Attend monthly store meetings and report on maintenance issues
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Available to work flexible shifts
  • 3 or more months of related retail experience preferred
