Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training & Education Consultant to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. As a key member of our National Training Program, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering effective curriculum and training programs that support the growth and success of our sales force.
About the Role:
- Partner with field leadership to deliver national training experiences in participating network and district network offices.
- Facilitate gold-standard training sessions for foundational national training program participants.
- Support learners and offices across all US time zones.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of learners participating in the national training experience.
- Collaborate with the National Training team, home office business partners, and field representatives to build, evolve, and maintain the national training experience.
- Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to inform content evolution.
- Oversee program operational support for scheduling delivery of training, production of materials, communications, and reporting.
- Evaluate consistency in delivery of the experience across all participating offices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, adult education, communications, or marketing, or equivalent progressive experience in education/training, professional communications, or marketing.
- Excellent writing and facilitation/public speaking skills required.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, demonstrated diplomacy, sensitivity, and flexibility in adapting to rapidly changing needs and priorities.
- Ability to listen, engage, negotiate, and influence clients, synthesize and relate complex information, analyze communication and execution problems and opportunities, and implement integrated training/educational strategies.
- Three or more years of proven experience developing and delivering effective curriculum and training programs, preferred.
- High degree of independent initiative and organization, along with demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple assignments concurrently, set priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines with a commitment to team objectives.

Salary Range: $68,320.00 - $126,880.00 per year, based on location and experience.
