We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, day shift position. This role offers a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, along with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Description:
  • Supervise nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care, adhering to the Nursing Practice Act, facility policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to direct, coordinate, and supervise the Nursing Services Department.
  • Assist nurses during acute episodes, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Address employee concerns in a timely manner, documenting actions taken.
  • Take on-call responsibilities, ensuring seamless coverage during off-hours.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registered Nurse licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with proof of renewal every two years.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, following physician orders and demonstrating a genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certification required annually.
  • Attend in-service training and staff meetings as necessary.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, supervising nursing staff to ensure efficient work assignments and timely completion.
  • Familiarity with personnel, department, and facility policies, as well as local, state, and federal requirements.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
