The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the nursing staff during shifts, ensuring the best patient care possible. They will also assist the Director of Nursing in directing, coordinating, and supervising the Nursing Services Department.

This position involves supervising nursing services during shifts in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act, Facility policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatric nursing and be able to provide quality-nursing care to patients while following doctor orders.

In this role, you will be required to supervise nursing staff, assure that work assignments are completed appropriately and timely, and read, know, and follow personnel, department, and facility policies and procedures. You will also be expected to adhere to local, state, and federal requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.
