**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant/Universal Worker to provide basic elder care under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provides routine daily nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living to elderly individuals
* Utilizes an elder-centered approach based on principles to provide personal care and assistance
* Maintains accurate records of care provided
* Collaborates with licensed nurses to ensure high-quality care

**Qualifications:**

* Iowa Certified Nurse's Aide
* Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry
* Maintains valid certification
* Prefer previous experience in the medical field
