**About the Role:** As a Maintenance Tech II at Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant by performing high-quality maintenance and repair work. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety will make you a valuable asset to our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Performs mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance;
  • Supports and backs up other team members as directed by leadership;
  • Documents work and updates records in CMMS;
  • Ensures compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards;
  • Provides inputs in CI activities-processes, results, and cost savings;
  • Checks alignment and geometric accuracy;
  • Set up and operate simple machining operations including lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts;

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities;
  • High school diploma (or equivalent), Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar program is not required but would be strongly encouraged;
  • Basic mechanical skills with the ability to learn advanced skills and electrical skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Able to work independently or with a team while carrying out verbal and written instructions from supervisor;
