Healthcare Assistant Professional

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant Professional to join our E-talentnetwork team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer patient care according to individual treatment plans and adhere to relevant regulations.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients by addressing their basic needs and activities.
- Employ de-escalation techniques to manage behavioral health issues with support from the team.
- Ensure the safe transfer and movement of patients, as well as their transportation to activities.
- Communicate effectively with RNs and maintain accurate records of patient condition changes or clinical information.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid WA Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) or Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC/CNA), or Medical Assistant (MA) certification is necessary.
- Display empathy and understanding when delivering quality patient care and daily living assistance.
- Work collaboratively as a team member to deescalate behavioral health issues calmly and professionally.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats with patients, colleagues, management, and the public.
- Strive to create a safe and comforting environment for patients by addressing their overall health and assisting with daily hygiene tasks.
