Job Overview

Ultimate Autographs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sports Memorabilia Coordinator to support the shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and check in shipments of sports memorabilia products, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Verify purchase orders and ensure all items received match the proper invoice(s).
  • Assist the shipping department in organizing orders, creating shipping labels, and assembling boxes to meet company deadlines.
  • Generate inventory labels for products as needed.
  • Participate in quarterly product inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Pick up office supplies from local stores as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required, including assisting in the production of Mystery Boxes.
Requirements
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets, as well as Excel.
  • Strong computer skills to navigate Email, Slack, Shipping Software, and eCommerce platforms.
  • At least one year of experience in receiving and shipping processes.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when needed.
  • Knowledge of professional sports, teams, and athletes.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with college courses preferred.
Schedule
  • Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Availability for additional hours as needed.
