Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in designing heating, ventilation, and cooling systems, as well as plumbing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design heating-ventilation-cooling systems and plumbing systems.
  • Perform load calculations, life cycle costing, and energy modeling.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines and work in a team environment.
  • Review the installation of designed equipment/systems for compliance with construction documents.
  • Perform duties on multiple projects within established schedules.
  • Work on a wide variety of project types, scales, and complexity.
  • Manage concurrent projects.
  • Prepare both broad and detailed construction cost estimates.
  • Assist in developing contract specifications and researching new procedures/products.
  • Perform all work safely and responsibly in accordance with the Health and Safety Plan.
  • Act as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Experience in HVAC design.
  • Experience in MEP design.
  • 1+ years of Mechanical Design experience.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong work ethic and solid organizational skills.

The position requires working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. You will handle multiple projects concurrently and collaborate with various disciplines. The work involves adhering to the Health and Safety Plan, and acting as a positive representative of the company and its core values.
