Job Overview

Wimmer Communities is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leasing properties, and ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and conflict resolution
  • Schedule and conduct tours to prospective residents and earn commission
  • Understand and explain lease documents and leasing qualifications to prospective and current residents
  • Become familiar with all online sources of advertising for Wimmer Communities' Properties
  • Responsible for basic office administration including data entry, filing, and answering the telephones
  • Provide leasing reports as directed by the property manager
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the leasing office, clubhouse, and property amenities
