Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Wimmer Communities.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leasing properties, and maintaining a positive and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
• Schedule and conduct property tours to prospective residents and earn commission
• Explain lease documents and leasing qualifications to prospective and current residents
• Stay up-to-date with online advertising sources for Wimmer Communities' properties
• Perform basic office administration tasks, including data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Provide leasing reports as directed by the property manager
• Maintain the appearance of the leasing office, clubhouse, and property amenities
