We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Lourdes Health. As a Nurse Coordinator in our Emergency Department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all nursing care given to patients in the Emergency Department setting.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice and work collaboratively with all disciplines to provide quality care.
- Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service, demonstrating a warm, friendly, and joyful demeanor.
- Work effectively with a culturally diverse population and maintain a safe and respectful environment.
- Education: BSN or demonstrated progress toward obtaining a degree preferred.
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in ED.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience preferred; critical care area desired.
- Required Certification: Current Registered Nurse in Washington State and American Heart Association BLS.
- Additional Certifications: ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS (new hires will have six months from the date of hire to obtain). Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred.
- Language Skills: Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
Hourly rate $40.01-$74.17
