Retail Supervisor Job Description:

As a Retail Supervisor at Warby Parker, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers, promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and offering thoughtful, honest style advice.

You'll work closely with the store team to ensure that customers receive a seamless and personalized experience. This includes answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise. If you're a people person who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:
  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
  • Cool under pressure and able to adapt quickly

About the Role:
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $20-$22.50 USD per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this role is also eligible to receive a cash bonus as part of the total compensation package. Details and eligibility will be discussed during the application process.
