RN - Maternity Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Maternity Services team at Providence Newberg Medical Center. As a Maternity Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our patients through the childbirth process.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in maternity care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Within 90 days of hire, National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in maternity care.
