Clinical Nursing Supervisor

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is on the lookout for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to step into the role of Clinical Nursing Supervisor. This position involves overseeing the PHP and IOP programs, ensuring that individuals dealing with eating disorders receive top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily client services and lead the nursing team.
  • Manage medication administration, verification, and reconciliation processes.
  • Co-sign all nursing notes and assessments completed by LVN/LPN staff.
  • Conduct audits and monitor the use of controlled substances.
  • Ensure adherence to nursing policies, infection control measures, and professional standards.
  • Provide updates on nursing matters to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Engage in treatment team meetings and contribute to client care planning.
  • Offer nursing support during medical consultations.
  • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers and clients.
  • Oversee the nursing schedule and staffing needs.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new nursing personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a valid Registered Nurse license.
  • Experience in behavioral health is preferred.
  • Prior supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in a Charge Nurse or Nursing Manager role is beneficial.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
