Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive punctually for shifts and conduct classes within the designated time frame.
  • Deliver consistent and professional wellness services in line with established guidelines.
  • Adapt to scheduling needs to support the spa's operations.
  • Facilitate both group and individual fitness sessions.
  • Design engaging class experiences that reflect your unique style and expertise.
  • Ensure a safe, enjoyable, and innovative environment for participants, demonstrating a genuine commitment to their success.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized fitness area.
  • Adhere to sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by management.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere and contribute to a high-quality work environment.
  • Participate in training sessions and staff meetings regularly.
  • Report any issues involving guests or staff that require immediate attention to management.

Qualifications and Skills
