Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides essential programs and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and co-occurring diagnoses. This role involves supporting individuals in daily living activities, personal health management, recreational activities, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment that addresses the physical, emotional, and personal needs of those we serve.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
Salary Ranges:
- High School Diploma/GED - $20.16 per hour
- Bachelor’s Degree - $21.25 per hour
- Master’s Degree or higher - $22.07 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Valid NY Driver's License.
- Flexibility, patience, energy, creativity, and a sense of humor are essential.
- Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
- A strong commitment to working with and supporting individuals with special needs.
