We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to become a vital part of our esteemed property management team as a Landscape and Facilities Maintenance Specialist at our luxury apartment community.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe essential skills and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the Management Office, model units, and all public and common areas are maintained in a clean, orderly, and visually appealing manner.
- Oversee the upkeep of all outdoor spaces, including sidewalks, walkways, building exteriors, gardens, and pet areas, ensuring they remain neat and attractive.
- Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new tenants in a timely manner.
- Collect and dispose of trash and debris throughout the community.
- Utilize various maintenance tools and equipment effectively, including hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, painting supplies, pool maintenance equipment, and snow removal tools.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Availability to work any day of the week throughout the year.
- Willingness to be on-call as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Possession of any necessary licenses and certifications as mandated by local or state regulations.
The compensation for this position is set at $45,760. Veris Residential Inc. offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life insurance, supplemental insurance options, and a 401(k) plan.
