Job Description

Soccer Shots Pittsburgh is seeking dependable, compassionate, and enthusiastic coaches to work with children aged 2-8 and help us achieve our company vision statement: "To positively impact children's lives and provide a remarkable experience for their families on and off the soccer field through best-in-class coaching, communication, and curriculum."

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality soccer instruction to young children in a fun and engaging manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and facility staff.
  • Communicate effectively with Soccer Shots leadership team regarding any concerns or needs.
  • Arrive on time and be prepared for each session, with a clear understanding of the lesson plan.
  • Keep accurate attendance records and maintain a professional appearance.
Requirements
  • Reliable and committed to working with young children.
  • Ability to engage and interact with a group of up to ten 2-8 year olds.
  • Self-sufficient, communicative, and responsive to feedback and support.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
