**Job Summary**

Associa is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our buildings.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Cleaning and Maintenance:**
    • Clean assigned areas, including furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, and floors.
    • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms, and break areas.
    • Empty trash and recyclables, and replenish supplies.
  • **Specialized Tasks:**
    • Perform general cleaning, light floor care, and special event set-ups.
    • Interpret and complete verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • **Customer Service:**
    • Provide professional customer service to residents and staff.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, State or local governmental safety requirements, and equipment associated with custodial trades.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Professional customer service skills and time management skills.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent).
