Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our Care Coach Connect Program, you will provide top-notch patient care and support to patients in their homes and offices.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to patients in their homes and offices
  • Assist physicians and nursing personnel with various procedures and tasks
  • Identify patient needs and communicate data to providers and clinical teams
  • Deliver quality customer service and ensure policy and procedure adherence
  • Perform quality control checks on equipment and maintain certification

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification or registration required
  • Current CPR certification or obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to travel frequently within assigned market
