Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Ambassador - Breakfast Experience to join our team at The Timber at Holly Branch. This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable breakfast experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Buffet Setup and Maintenance: Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-stocked with a variety of options.
• Beverage Station Management: Set up and maintain the beverage station, providing guests with a selection of hot and cold beverages throughout their stay.
• Dining Area Preparation: Ensure the dining area is prepared for guest arrival, including setting tables with linens, glassware, and utensils.
• Cleaning and Resetting: Clean and reset tables and the dining area upon guest departure, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Minimum two years of experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English language required for effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Physical Requirements:

• Stooping, Climbing, Lifting: Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and continuously move throughout the workday.

Benefits:
