Job Summary

The Retail Store Associate role at CVS Health offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing excellent customer service and support to customers. Essential Functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and resolving potential issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, checking inventory, and updating pricing information as needed.
  • Accurately process transactions, handle cash, checks, and credit card payments, and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing store activities, including receiving shipments, processing returns, and counting tills.
  • Support other departments, such as photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 16 years of age
  • Ability to remain upright for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
  • Strong visual acuity and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $31,200 - $38,400, depending on location and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
