Flight Paramedic

At Guardian Flight, our mission is to provide high-quality medical care to patients in need. As a Flight Paramedic, you will play a critical role in delivering compassionate and effective care to patients in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients within the scope of practice and established protocols.
- Consult with medical directors as needed to ensure optimal patient care.
- Order and restock medical supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
- Perform medical health screenings to identify potential health risks.
- Restock first aid bags and kits to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
As a Flight Paramedic, you will utilize advanced medical equipment and procedures, including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen and suction devices, intravenous fluids, and CPR techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Stay current with advanced training, instructor credentials, and continuing education to maintain expertise in emergency medical care.
- Maintain all mine safety policies and complete required safety training to ensure a safe work environment.
- Meet GMR's driving record requirements to ensure insurability.
- Be available to work extended shifts at remote mine sites to provide critical care services.
