The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our vehicles, as well as the safety of our drivers and the general public.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and improve operations processes and procedures to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain shop facilities and equipment to meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Conduct training and compliance audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage maintenance parts, supplies, and tire inventories to ensure optimal levels of stock and minimize waste.
  • Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and Word to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, TMW Maintenance software, and the AS400 operating system.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience working in a fast-paced transportation industry environment.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
