POSITION SUMMARY:

The Student Engagement Coordinator plays a crucial role in the development and execution of diverse programs and activities that align with the LCS Lifestyles and Health Services as well as the 8 Dimensions of Wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the organization and execution of events and activities, encompassing cultural events, spiritual gatherings, educational courses, fitness programs, and more.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of event arrangements.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials such as calendars, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Support the procurement of materials necessary for various activities.
  • Guide resident movements and manage transportation logistics.
  • Keep precise records of resident participation in activities.
  • Investigate and report on upcoming events and excursions.
  • Input resident information into the EMR system accurately.
  • Participate in required training sessions and educational opportunities.
  • Carry out specific tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one.
  • CPR Certification or a commitment to obtain it.
  • Preferred experience in social or recreational programming.
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and carry items as needed. Exposure to a variety of conditions and behaviors is expected.
