Key Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex problems, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety aspects of care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to promote continuity of care and address any concerns or questions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
