We provide a competitive salary, with the expected pay for this role being $58.68/hour, subject to evaluation based on experience, skills, and internal equity.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Telemetry Nurse oversees and directs the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care during assigned shifts, in accordance with departmental policies and nursing standards.
Accountability for maintaining safe, high-quality patient care is paramount, as is enhancing the patient and family experience. This role also involves effective leadership that contributes to achieving the organization's goals.
Responsibilities include determining work priorities, preparing daily assignments, and serving as a resource for unit personnel in addressing operational and patient care challenges.
The Lead Nurse operates within units that provide round-the-clock care.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing to be obtained within three years of hire.
Licenses/Certifications:
Must hold a valid RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, or other relevant certifications as required by the unit.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar unit is required.
Specialty Certification:
Certification in the relevant area of specialty is preferred.
