We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Compliance and Privacy Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our legal team to ensure that our compliance and privacy program meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and track internal compliance and privacy incidents, including conducting research and interviews to identify root causes and risks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of compliance and privacy activities, including complaints and investigations.
  • Enhance our compliance and privacy program metrics and reporting to identify trends and areas of risk.
  • Support data mapping and inventory efforts to ensure data privacy and compliance.
  • Review business associate, data use, and related agreements to identify data privacy and compliance risks.
  • Generate or support company responses to privacy and security questionnaires, data processing agreement requests, and security and privacy elements in RFPs and RFIs.
  • Participate in the development of educational tools and training on data privacy and compliance.
  • Communicate information and respond to questions or requests for guidance and information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HIPAA.
  • Pharmacy benefit management or healthcare-related experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Anticipated hiring range: $48,000 - $60,000 annually.
  • Final compensation rates will be determined based on experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations.
  • This role is also short-term incentive eligible.
