We are seeking a highly skilled Infusion Care Coordinator to join our team at Bon Secours Mercy Health. As an Infusion Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey.

Job Summary

The Infusion Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient access to infusion services, developing relationships with service providers, and tracking interventions and outcomes. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient access to infusion services, including scheduling and change coordination.
  • Assist patients with identifying and eliminating potential barriers to care.
  • Develop relationships with service providers and track interventions and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure collaborative patient care.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in BSN (preferred)
  • RN License Required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology or infusion services environment (required)

Salary and Benefits
