As the Head of Talent Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, engage, and retain top talent in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize the Talent Engagement function to align with business initiatives and drive timely and strategic hires that enhance the company's organizational culture.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Talent Engagement leadership roles, demonstrating comprehensive understanding.

  • Trusted advisor to senior leadership with expertise in formulating and implementing effective Talent strategies.
  • Proficient in Talent Engagement systems, applications, and analytics within a dynamic Consumer Products Goods (CPG) or similar industry.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $124,425 to $207,375, as well as additional rewards, including annual incentive payment and stock awards.
