Job OverviewServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking a skilled Restoration Crew Chief to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading the restoration process after fire, smoke, water, and construction damage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of restoration specialists in the mitigation and restoration process
Conduct thorough assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in fire/water mitigation
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
