Responsibilities

The Neurodevelopmental Specialist will provide direct implementation of holistic, neurodiversity-affirming behavior-analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences in one-on-one and group settings. This role involves implementing Cortica's Whole Child Approach according to treatment plans and strategies provided and overseen by the assigned Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The specialist will utilize a strengths-based treatment approach developed in collaboration with the BCBA and the transdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include providing client self-care skill development in collaboration with caregivers, delivering behavior-analytic care in various settings, and completing all documentation requirements including data collection and sessions notes during the session.
