Additionally, the role involves creating departmental documentation and contributing to process enhancement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems for supported applications.
  • Implement preventive measures to mitigate system issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Assess new systems, investigate software solutions, and enhance system integration.
  • Advance job knowledge through educational workshops and mentor team members.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (or equivalent professional experience).

Certifications:

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ASQ Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software systems design, development, and implementation.

Skills:

  • Expertise in programming languages and web technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Spiral, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Quality and Process Improvement best practices.
  • Ability to manage projects of small to medium complexity and resolve issues autonomously.
  • Knowledge of Automation Tools, DevSecOps, Atlassian Suite, and various testing methodologies (unit, regression, integration, etc.).

Compensation: Salary range is $109,368 - $217,217.
