Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Palliative Care Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team in Fort Myers. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide compassionate care to patients and their families in a hospital-based setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide palliative care services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, medical social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited APRN or PA program
  • Current licensure as an APRN or PA in the state of Florida
  • Ability to obtain certification in palliative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
