Fleet Maintenance Specialist

Diversified Inc is a leading company in the industry, seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fleet operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled Automotive Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, and safety practices.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine and emergency maintenance on all vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a safe work environment by following standard safety practices
- Inspect vehicles for conformance with operational standards
- Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs
- Keep equipment available by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance
- Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives and adjusting controls
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive service and repair
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate and carry out instructions
- Knowledge of electrical/mechanical safety practices
- Valid Driver's License & Good Driving Record
- $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
