The organization is seeking a skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join their innovative cardiovascular program. This position offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic team that provides exceptional patient care and cutting-edge medical imaging services.
About the Position:
- This role involves preparing and operating equipment during procedures while ensuring a sterile environment.
- The successful candidate will identify and assess patient conditions, providing personalized care and support throughout the process.
- Maintaining strong professional relationships with cardiologists and electrophysiologists is crucial for excellent patient outcomes.
- A key aspect of this role is training new staff members and contributing to the orientation of new hires.
- Other responsibilities include using downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by Charge personnel or managers.
Requirements:
- A completed formal Radiologic Technology program is mandatory, along with certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- Prior experience in procedural areas is highly desirable, though not essential.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training is required, with Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification to be achieved within six months of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on previous work experience.

Key Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab setting is preferred.
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or RCIS Certification from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
- Basic Life Support certification is a must.
- Advanced Life Support certification should be achieved within six months of hire.

Norman Regional Health System offers a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower with three Cath Lab suites, one Electrophysiology suite, one Hybrid suite, two treatment rooms, and seventeen Same Day Surgery rooms.
